The Ubhi family tradition of Cha(tea) with either Pakorai (fritters) or Aloo Prawntai (flatbread stuffed with potato mashed with fresh spices and herbs) my personal favourite Keema Prawntai (flatbread stuffed with minced meat with fresh spices and herbs) belly buster or just a lite bite the quantity is yours to define.
